Foothold Cymru Hobby Lobby!

Every week a volunteer will give up their time to share their hobby and skills in our Hobby Lobby! 

Starting from Thursday 13th April and running until Thursday 15th June, the free weekly volunteer led workshops will teach you the basic techniques in a variety of crafts and skills, giving you an introduction to something new!

Our workshops are totally free and open to anyone aged 16+. You’ll be able to learn a selection of new crafts in a friendly ‘no pressure’ environment. As the workshops are volunteer led, they are relaxed, informal and a great place to meet new people and learn new skills.

We will supply everything needed (including light refreshments), so you just need to bring yourself!

• 18/05/2023 Basic embroidery stitches - 12:00 – 15:00
• 25/05/2023 Macramé - 12:00 – 15:00
• 01/05/2023 Applique - 12:00 – 15:00
• 08/06/2023 Upcycling furniture - 12:00 – 15:00
• 15/06/2023 Open session - TBC - 12:00 – 15:00

All workshops start at 12pm and run until 3pm. The workshops will take place at The Lord Arthur Rank Centre, Trostre Road, Llanelli, SA14 9RA

Early booking is essential as numbers are limited.
