Cydnabod bod gan bob preswylydd yn Llanelli yr hawl i fyw mewn amgylchedd glân, diwastraff. Ymrwymo i leihau gwastraff, diogelu adnoddau naturiol, a hybu arferion byw cynaliadwy i bawb.

2. Hybu Diwylliant Diwastraff

Cefnogi mentrau dan arweiniad y gymuned sy’n meithrin diwylliant cynaliadwy, gan gynnwys caffis atgyweirio, rhwydweithiau rhannu, a gweithdai addysgol. Cefnogi ymdrechion llawr gwlad i ysbrydoli defnyddio adnoddau’n ystyriol ac ailddefnyddio creadigol.

Cydweithio â busnesau, mudiadau, a rhanddeiliaid lleol i greu systemau sy’n rhoi blaenoriaeth i adfer adnoddau, lleihau cynhyrchu gwastraff, a chynyddu ailgylchu. Hybu atebion arloesol fel canolfannau compostio a chanolfannau trwsio lleol.

Gweithio gyda busnesau i fabwysiadu ymarferion diwastraff, lleihau gwastraff pecynnau, a dylunio cynnyrch ar gyfer hir oes. Sefydlu rhaglen ardystio “Cynghrair Diwastraff” i gydnabod arweinwyr mewn cynaliadwyedd.
