We use the Eatwell Guide to help shoppers achieve a balanced diet with healthier and more sustainable food
choices. This guide illustrates the ideal proportions of different food groups in your overall diet.
When following the guide you'll have a balanced range of items from all food groups like, carbohydrates, protein, diary and fruit and vegetables.
