Do you care about mental health issues?

We've been working with young people from Carmarthenshire to help them develop a greater awareness of their own wellbeing and mental health, as well as the mental health of their friends and peers. They've made a film addressing these issues, in the hope that sharing stories and experiences will let young people know they are not alone, and there is help available.

The film has been made entirely by the young people on this project. They've worked hard to:

• Develop a storyboard for the film
• Write the script
• Share their experiences 
• Speak/act on camera
• Help with filming and editing

They've even got a local celebrity involved!
