Our Build On Red project is led by young people who are challenging the conversations around mental health in young people, with the aim of making conversations easier and making access to support networks smoother.

As part of the project, we are creating a well-being garden, a space created by young people, for young people. Somewhere they can go to have quiet and gather their thoughts.

If you are a young person in the Llanelli area, we'd love for you to join us and help create the Wellbeing Garden over the summer. We'll be:

• Designing the garden - decided by YOU, the young people on the project. 
• Creating the garden - digging, clearing, etc.
• Making bird boxes and bamboo arches
• We'll provide snacks, tools, and all the equipment needed.

Expect lots of fun and laughter!
