With over a decade of culinary expertise gained from Michelin-star restaurants, luxury yachts, and chalets, Ash's love for food has been a global journey, influenced by his experiences in Japan, Vietnam, Greece, Italy, France, and beyond.

His skills have evolved further through collaborations with renowned chefs in London, including Ollie Dubbous, Tom Aikens, and Jason Atherton.

We're exited to have Ash join us for a series of cooking demonstration and workshops in November, starting on Tuesday 7th Nov. 

Ash will demonstrate how to cook on a budget, get the most out of your ingredients, helping to save ££ AND maximise flavour.
