Digital Lifelines Team Attends Wellness Day at Canolfan Pentre Awel

On Wednesday 22nd October, the Foothold Cymru Digital Lifelines team was delighted to join Canolfan Pentre Awel for its Wellness Wednesday event, celebrating one year since the centre first opened its doors!

The event brought together members of the public and organisations from across Carmarthenshire, providing a fantastic opportunity to connect with the local community, share information and celebrate the positive impact of the centre over the past year.

Throughout the day, our Digital Lifelines team spoke with visitors about the digital support services available through Foothold Cymru. Whether it’s building confidence online, learning how to use digital devices or getting help with everyday online tasks, we’re here to help people access the digital world safely, confidently and affordably.

The event also gave us a valuable opportunity to meet and network with other local organisations, strengthening connections and exploring ways to continue supporting people across our communities.

A huge thank you to Canolfan Pentre Awel for inviting us to be part of such a wonderful celebration. It was fantastic to join in the festivities and celebrate a successful first year!
