Here at Foothold Cymru we've been working with a group of inspirational young people on a project called #BeTheChange. They all wanetd to highlight issues in their community and wider world that were important to them.
Plastic pollution was an issue they were all passionate about, so they made a film to highlight the problem and share some of the solutions that we can all get on board with.
