Its a dogs life!

The Best Friends project are delighted to welcome lots of new four legged volunteers to the project, and all have flown through their suitablility assesments and are now visiting care homes!

Two of the newest recruits tot he project are the adorable Joey and Jimmy,  who both made themselves at home at a visit to a Swansea Care Home last week.

The Care Home staff said: "the dogs were very friendly and calm around residents, and they can smooth the dogs and interact with them. We love the CBSA staff and the residents love the interaction with dogs and staff. This project has changed their outlook in such a postive way. Thank you Best Friends!"

If you know of an elderley care home or day centre that would benefit from a visit by Best Friends, please contact us on 01554 779910.
