Cwtch Cynnes aims to help those in the community become more energy efficient, more savvy about switching and changing energy providers and through personalised advice via phone calls, in person appointments or home visits.
The team are on their way to achieving a Level 3 City and Guilds qualification to ensure they have the most in-depth knowledge possible.
